This is an archived website, available until June 2027. We hope it will inspire people to continue to care for and protect the South West Peak area and other landscapes. Although the South West Peak Landscape Partnership ended in June 2022, the area is within the Peak District National Park. Enquiries can be made to customer.service@peakdistrict.gov.uk

The 5-year South West Peak Landscape Partnership, 2017-2022, was funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund.

About Celia

Celia is our Community Engagement and Grants Officer hosted by Support Staffordshire and delivering our Community Engagement Project.
Celia provides advice and support to those community groups receiving grants as part of the South West Peak Landscape Partnership (SWPLP) Community Grants Scheme, enabling them to complete their projects, and ensuring effective monitoring and evaluation.
In addition, she works with the local communities within and adjacent to the SWPLP area, encouraging them to engage with the range of SWPLP activities, engaging in their own legacy and forward planning activities that contribute to the objectives of the SWPLP Scheme and beyond.
Celia has 30 years’ experience in marketing, communications & PR, including corporate responsibility and social purpose. Having lived on the fringe of the South West Peak for almost her entire life she is passionate about the area and all aspects of its promotion, protection and conservation. She is an avid walker, loves being out anywhere British countryside but especially the South west Peak, and is an advocate for the health and wellbeing benefits of being in it!
