Description | Wildflower Seed Harvesting with our South West Peak Glorious Grasslands Project Officer Dr. Ann Cantrell! Thursday 12th July, 1 – 4 pm Come out and join us in promoting healthy and diverse meadows by collecting wildflower seed by hand from “Twin meadows” in Warslow. Meet at Warslow Village Hall at 12.45 pm. We will then head up to the site together as there is limited parking and room for only 2 cars. Please note there will be some roadside walking to get to Twin Meadows. We will spend the afternoon collecting seed of a variety of species found in the meadows including oxeye daisy and hay-rattle. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear and bring along hats, sunscreen etc. Please also bring your own refreshments.
