| Description | Come along to our exciting yoga sessions in the great outdoors! At these sessions children will be introduced to the benefits of both yoga and mindfulness outdoors. They will learn how to safely do yoga poses in a calming environment, discover how to relax, and explore the wonders of nature through play. This session aimed at 2-5 year olds; younger siblings can attend with parents. Parents/Carers stay for the session, however we are not insured for adults to take part. We do yoga, play and explore whatever the weather so please make sure your children and yourself are dressed suitably. Part of the South West Peak Landscape Partnership Scheme, supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. We ask that you do not attend this event if you, or anyone in your household, are showing symptoms of any contagious illness such as Covid 19 or if you have been contacted by the Test and Trace system and advised to self isolate.
